Client Agreement & Terms

By submitting a project request or starting a project with [Your Business Name], you agree to the following terms:

Project Questionnaire

Before a project begins, clients must complete a project questionnaire or brief. This helps us understand your business, goals, and design requirements.

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. Your project will be scheduled only once the deposit has been received.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid:

  • Before final files are delivered, or
  • Before a website goes live, or
  • Before printed materials are sent to print.

Late payments may delay project delivery.

Project Scope

Work completed will follow the agreed proposal or package. Any additional requests outside the original scope may require an updated quote.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Accurate information
  • Content (text, images, branding)
  • Feedback within reasonable time

Delays in providing content may affect timelines.

We respect and protect your personal information in accordance with the
Protection of Personal Information Act.
